Skill or Strength Segment: In some classes, we focus on specific skills or strength training exercises. Our coaches provide expert guidance to help you improve your form and technique.
Workout of the Day (WOD): The heart of every CrossFit class is the WOD. Whether it's a Heavy day specific to a skill or a METCON (CONDITIONING WORKOUT). The WOD can vary from day to day, ensuring variety and preventing fitness plateaus.
Coach's Guidance: Throughout the class, our certified coaches are there to motivate, instruct, and provide individualised guidance. They'll help you scale movements and tailor the workout to your fitness level, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
